Guest guest
Hi all, I posted in December about a possible Babesia flareup that I was having. Since that time, lots of people have emailed me, called me, and approached me, asking me questions that indicated lots of rumors were flying around. Everything from " Oh my God, Rosner has relapsed! " to " Rosner may be dead! " LOL. In any case, I can understand the speculation, with my prominence in the Lyme community, I can see the need for me to be very clear about where I am currently at with my health. So, here's a short note to provide some clarity on what happened and where I'm at now. It turns out my issues were in fact Babesia. I had never had Babesia symptoms before, so it was new to me and frightening. Took me a few weeks to figure out what was going on. Finally, with use of a few Babesia herbs, I ended the flare up. What surprised me the most was how easy it was to suppress the Babesia; everyone says it is so hard to get rid of, but for me, about 3 weeks of herbs like Noni, cryptolepsis, Enula, etc., knocked it back / out. Not sure if all my years doing other therapies made this easier; perhaps there wasn't much infection left in my body. Anyway, here's the good news: As I wrote about in my Lyme/Rife book, and as Doug MacLean taught me, it seems that people can have mini-flareups even years after they are mostly symptom free. Doug mentioned that these mini-flareups are often just additional layers coming off the onion which is, in essence, a good thing. It just so happens that this is what I believe was going on. Now that I am past this event, I am feeling even better than ever, which is why I believe it was a layer coming off the onion. I would say I was around 90% before the event, and about 95% now. Going from 90% to 95% may not seem like much, but let me tell you, it is a lot when you are experiencing it. This is consistent with other times (mostly 5+ years ago) when layers were coming off the onion; especially during Spring and Fall, I used to notice flareups that felt like relapses but ultimately ended up being layers coming off and me getting closer to wellness. So this gives me even more confidence that the path I have been on is correct, albeit perhaps a longer, more winding road than any of us would like to take. I will say, though, I've learned A LOT over the last 4 months, thanks in large part to the wonderful, helpful people on the online groups. Several new pieces of information not found in my books but found in the Yahoo! groups really helped me through the rough spot and perhaps are even responsible for some of my additional gain to 95% well currently. In short, these would be MMS, the KPU protocol, various specialized Babesia herbs (alluded to above) biophotonic therapy, and additional chelation/metals removal, especially with the Cutler protocol I am so fond of. I'm keeping notes of the information I've learned but which doesn't appear in my books, so I can one day publish this information in a cohesive fashion to add to what I've already published. I have also realized a place or two where I now DISAGREE with what I wrote in my prior books. Not many places, just a sentence or two, here and there. One of the biggies was my hypothesis in the Lyme/Rife book that the body can heal itself on its own without supplements and outside support, once the bacteria are gone. My stance on this is now somewhat the opposite - I think the toxicity and dysfunction in our bodies are so advanced by the time we get Lyme disease that it may take years of supplementation and lifstyle adaptation and improvement to reverse the garbage pit conditions within our body in order to make the environment, or internal bio-terrain, again friendly to health. In fact, I believe our modern, industrialized society is so poisoned and non-healthy that even healthy, non-Lyme people can expect to become sick if they don't take drastic measures to clean up their lifestyle including but not limited to; eating organic, filtering water, avoiding plastics, supplementing deficient nutrients, etc. Therefore, I would love to write another book, or at least revise my books somewhat, as time allows. But that will come in time (right now I have two small children at home, and not a lot of free time!). I am human, and hence my writings of past, present, and future are imperfect, thus the need for revisions from time to time. Nevertheless, I still stand behind most of what I said in my books (probably 95% of what I said), and I still feel that information was the primary vehicle to my relative wellness, less a few details I've learned recently. But the real point of me posting this message is just to clarify and hopefully to stem some of the rumors taking place. So, in summary: MYTH: Lots of things about Rosner; dead, sick again, relapse, etc. FACT: Babesia flareup in late 2010 that lasted approximately 6 weeks, followed by usage of, and learning about, several new modalities. Peeling another layer off the onion. Presently feeling even better than before, at about 95%. Not 100% cured, but certainly not anywhere near the " myth " statuses I've been hearing about! Would like to put some of my new-found information and learning (thanks everyone for your selfless teaching and time with me!) into a book at some point. Please forgive any typos in this message; I don't have time to proof-read or polish this, just want to get it out there! Also, there may be a few things I'm missing in this posting; I did, however, keep copious notes through the event and hope to make sense of them soon and put them into a cohesive writing. I'll try to stick around and answer any questions if there are any. Rosner (trying to replace myth with fact:-)
