Guest guest
Neuropatic pain, the inflammation of main nerves can cause sensations as you are describing. You can try upping considerably your vit b complex intake. Are u on pathogen treatment? Pathogens can attack nerves and cause them to get inflamed. Help, does anybody knows what super-sensitive hands could mean? Cannot ask my doc right now, have to try and figure out myself first. My hands' been feeling strange way recently. Especially last 3 days are really bad. Hard to explain. Sensitive skin - overly so, I wash my hands in luke-warm water (approx. 70F) and it feels like it's frozen, or like skin on my hands is sun-burnt (and it's not!). It's summer in FLorida already and we went swimming yesterday. Water was +72/74 F, my body felt great in it, though very slightly cool, but my hands felt like there were thousands tiny needles, plus when I came out of water I looked at my hands, because it felt like something was wrapped around, something like long hair, or that " rope " people use to catch fish (sorry, don't remember the word in English). And it was painful, stinging sensation. I cannot even do simple task like unscrewing water bottle or squeezing fork or knife while cooking or eating without experiencing some degree of tenderness or pain. My hands are tender even when I don't do anything.I had this problem before, few times, but it would come and go within hours, this time it's been 3 days. What could it be? I have Rife and it works great for me, but I don't have time playing with all the frequencies, I need to go to work in 3 days and my work is playing violin, I'm afraid I won't be able to do it!Please, share your insights into my situation, give me ideas where to look for answers!Thank you in advance,Dina. Guest guest
Dina, I do experience similar discomfort on left foot and right hand when I have high oxalate foods but goes away went I eat low oxalate foods plus calcium/magnesium citrate. It was very frustrating for me at first because no doctor could understand my discomfort and why I was having that sort of pain, until I worked it out and saw improvement when I went on a low on oxalate diet and supplements. In my case the hot shower felt good on my foot as well as my hand, but the diet and supplements is helping more. Guest guest
Thank you, Isa, I'll try B-complex. I'm on Salt/C protocol, have been on it for almost 3 months. And actually was feeling so much better that I tried to cut down on some other supps I was taking, including B-complex. Probably it wasn't such a timely idea for me. > > Neuropatic pain, the inflammation of main nerves can cause sensations as you are describing. Guest guest
Interesting how you relate it to oxalates... I've tried LOD in a summer with my son, didn't feel much difference, then my son started having hypoglycemia episodes and also turned out that white rice was blocking him (per ART), so we switched back to medium-high oxalates. But it happened few months ago... From your experience, was this sensation in your hand and foot an almost immediate reaction to high-oxalate foods or did it happen some time later? I wonder if oxalates don't cause that problem in the beginning and then accumulate... And in my case, I feel like oral Mg citrate is making things worse. And keeping in mind that it feeds Lyme, I tend to think that it's more about neurotic pain, but I'll be on lookout about how oxalates effect me too. Thank you! Guest guest
Dina Do a search on Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I believe we usually have more than one thing going on such as a structural and an inflammatory condition (caused by infections/and or herx) We have experienced many symptoms from the die off of salt/C, Rife or any other effective killing protocol like you are describing and these can be addressed with detoxing and binding the neurotoxin but you may also have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome which can usually be addressed by massage or physical therapy , exercises or even a Clavicle brace....also I agree with Isa on the possibility of a B deficiency...of course I am not a doctor. Guest guest
Thank you, ! I will explore this possibility, one never knows what could hide inside, right? But so far, after reading Isa's post, I've taken big dose of B-complex and feel MUCH better, so it's probably what's happening with me. Thank you all for your input, and please, if anybody have any other ideas, I'll be happy to hear them and do proper research! Guest guest
Dina, My oxalate urine test was extremely high when I was having those symptoms but went away when I stopped eating all the high oxalate foods(quinoa, strawberries, rasberries, brown rice etc) and even now when I eat berries I do get that nagging difficult to describe pain on top of the skin on my foot, it feels like burning and annoying. It is hard for to stay low oxalate all the time as I love berries and other high oxalate foods but I am aware now that I have to away from them. I have replaced white rice/quinoa for wild rice and I only eat a small amount of blueberries as they are low oxalate. I am also takin B complex(Klaire labs) but it does not make a big difference to me if I continue eating high oxalate foods. But you should check with your doctor to find out what is causing you that problem. Olga But you should have a test to make sure that youa > > > > > > Help, does anybody knows what super-sensitive hands could mean? Guest guest
I used to get that with my feet. It feels like I am wearing socks with a rubber band where a typical mid-calf sock would reach to. Plus, the pins and needles sensation, etc. It has something to do with circulation. Mine went away with turmeric and chiropractor. Not sure what was causing it. I had it for years though. I have read others report the same sensations. Sometimes the odd sensations return when I miss my supplements. Love and prayers, Heidi N > > Help, does anybody knows what super-sensitive hands could mean? Guest guest
Dina, ,For the past few months, I have been waking up in the morning with both arms and 4 fingers of each hand in numbness and tingling sensation and sometimes in pain. The condition gets better as the day goes and worsen again towards the nights and worst the next morning. I always thought that I have carpel tunnel syndrome. Increasing vitamin B complex has helped in reducing the condition but not ridding it. My close friend who I have known for more than 20 years urged me several times to see this Chinese doctor in Cupertino, because her daughter's chronic eczema got cleared up after just a few sessions with this doctor. I finally went to see him yesterday. He is an acupuncturist who no longer uses needles for treatment. After I told him my health complaints, he "massaged" my neck and bottom parts of my cheeks. It is interesting for me to read 's post on Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, because the doctor did not massage my arms and hands, but mainly my neck. Now I am sitting here typing at 2:30 PM and do not feel any bit of tingling sensation with my fingers at all! I will have to see if his massage actually works so well when I wake up in the morning, as that's usually the worst time of my condition. I have made another appointment to see him next week. I will report back. LiminDina Do a search on Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Guest guest
Oh yes limin This makes perfect sense...the compression of the nerve, very often comes from under the clavicle ....also I believe our lymphatics can become very congested in the thoracic ducts which add even more inflamation in that area so there we go back to moving the lymph especially when we are dealing with infections and trying to stay on top of toxicity.Meet you in Qigong class????? Guest guest
, I've never tried the tea you mentioned, but I read a lot about oxalates last summer and we did LOD for few months. There is group here on Yahoo called Trying Low Oxalates, they have tons of info! You should check it out. Short summary - it appears that when oxalate metabolism is impaired, you need to fix in order to be able to get off LOD completely. I know few kids who had to stay on LOD for up to 2 years. Also, there is this issue of oxalates accumulating in tissues almost exactly the same way as heavy metals, and causing all kinds of damages, including damage to brain neurons. And if somebody have been eating high oxalate foods for before realizing that he cannot metabolize them properly, then that person should do LOD (very very gradual entrance into that!) and provoke and experience sort of " Chelation " reaction in order to clean body from stored oxalates, adding certain supplements at the same time. And after the tissues are clean, then one can try adding high oxalates foods back to see what happens. Supplements include Vit K2 and lacto bacteries - these are actually " fixing " supps, and there others that help to make oxalate " chelation " reaction easier. All the info in that Yahoo group files. The only tingling sensation I felt was with my thumb on the right hand and my index and middle fingers on the left hand. I wasn't in pain or anything, which was great. The Chinese doctor warned me that I might have a slight headache for a couple of days. I didn't feel headache; in fact, I feel fine - more than fine. He also warned me to stop taking FIR sauna bath during the treatments. He said that he was trying to regulate several systems in my body including body temperature. Raising body temperature artificially by any means is counterproductive to what he was trying to do for me. I plan to see him for a few more sessions as I have other health complaints than numbness and pain in arms and hands. My ASD son also had a neck massage session with the same doctor. I told the doctor that his main health complaints for the time being were sinus congestion and excessive mucus on this throat, and wet coughs. He started having all these symptoms on the second month after we started zithromax once a week, and these have been going on for 5 months now. However, his reactions to the neck massage treatment today were that favorable. He is more hyper, less able to stay focus, and has more verbal stimms. I am not sure what is going on, but will continue to try him for a few more sessions to decide.LiminOh yes liminThis makes perfect sense...the compression of the nerve, very often comes from under the clavicle ....also I believe our lymphatics can become very congested in the thoracic ducts which add even more inflamation in that area so there we go back to moving the lymph especially when we are dealing with infections and trying to stay on top of toxicity.Meet you in Qigong class????? Please keep us posted on Chinese Dr....and keep those arms swinging as you go walking ) Hugs Dina, ,For the past few months, I have been waking up in the morning with both arms and 4 fingers of each hand in numbness and tingling sensation and sometimes in pain. Best, Help, does anybody knows what super-sensitive hands could mean? Cannot ask my doc right now, have to try and figure out myself first. My hands' been feeling strange way recently. Especially last 3 days are really bad. Hard to explain. Sensitive skin - overly so, I wash my hands in luke-warm water (approx. 70F) and it feels like it's frozen, or like skin on my hands is sun-burnt (and it's not!). It's summer in FLorida already and we went swimming yesterday. Water was +72/74 F, my body felt great in it, though very slightly cool, but my hands felt like there were thousands tiny needles, plus when I came out of water I looked at my hands, because it felt like something was wrapped around, something like long hair, or that "rope" people use to catch fish (sorry, don't remember the word in English). Guest guest
Hi , The foods that we eat can cause us so many problems particularly if we have developed allergic reactions to them. In my case all hell broke loose after I removed 14 amalgams last year and didn't feel well since them, but only recently I been feeling much, nuch better after taking Enzogenol(4 capsules daily, 2 before breakfast and 2 before lunch)those capsules have been a life saver for me. Now I am full of energy all day and sleep well at night, my skin is improving also and my hair is getting darker and the few silver hairs I was starting to get are gone( I am also taking silica and I think this is also helping me). After the amalgans removal I got so many things: thyroid issues, high oxalate, candida overgroth, pains and aches everywhere, urinary issues, insomnia and the list goes on. Because of so many issues I gave up gluten as well and it did make a huge difference in my health, instead I cook wild rice , pumpkin seeds, linseed and bone broth tortillas and we all like them as they are normally crispy, We are staying away from gluten all together as affect bone density. I did also take Gold coin grass but made me worse, so I didn't continue taking it, that was my experience with this herb, but perhaps other people react in a different way. As I said before Enzogenol has made a huge difference to me and I will continue taking for as long as I am alive. We are all taking it at home and I can see the difference in my boys and my husband, it is one of those things that gives you more energy and make you feel good most of the time. Also the diet is important as most of the things we eat are home cooked, mainly organic or locally grown, no additives, preservatives colours, lots of cultured foods and drinks, also the use of homeopathy and herbs for mild illnesses instead of antibiotics or pharmaceutical drugs helps a lot in our house. Guest guest
I'm glad to be of some help, feel like the least knowledgeable mom here I've heard stories of " damping " (release of oxalates from tissues) happening while been on LOD for 6-8 months, so much oxalates was stored in tissues. And tests would show creasy high amount of oxalates in urine, that couldn't come from foods, since child wasn't eating anything high or even medium high. They also say that you need to be on very " clean " LOD to get stored oxalates moving out. Sometimes even single supplement, like some herb (most herbs are high in oxalates) may interfere with process. We didn't go THAT deep, but still had some damping and few issues resolved. I'm still sorry we couldn't keep doing it, but with my son's low blood sugar he needs more simple carbs than you can get on GFCFSF LOD... Guest guest
, The brand I am using is called ENZO: Professional 240mg and it is a practitioner formula only, but Limin posted a site in USA that sells it to the public, perhaps she can post that informtion again. I did have my amalgams removed in a safe way I was told(rubber gum, mask, homeopathic drops before and after removal) but even so I still got sick. So I don't know what happened, but thanks to God I am getting better now.
