It is quite possible that you'll pass more the next time. But then too it is

quite possible you will have less to pass, if you're following a regimine

that has your live and gallbladder getting into much better shape to deal

with the daily intake of toxins with which we all have to contend.

Regardless of all that it still sounds as if you've had a sucessfull flush.

Hello Miranda,

I think that my email was the one that you read regarding the lemon juice and oil on an empty stomach each morning to improve digestion. I was also told by a homeopath that this is a daily remedy for gallstones. This is what I do: I have a 1/2 glass of fresh lemon juice with 2 of the bottle's caps of flax or any other cold pressed oil in it. I have this on my empty morning stomach for maximum effect.

The homeopath said to have 1tbl of cold pressed olive oil 3-4 times a day with a squeeze of lemon juice. And a website I read which doesn't seem to exist anymore (as they do sometimes), said to take 2 tbls cold pressed oil and lemon juice every morning on rising, 1 hour before a meal, and the same at night, just before bed. The website said that this is a slow gradual way of pooping out ones stones. I would suggest also to change ones diet (as I have) to a non gallstone forming one. I have found the worst culprits for causing gallstones seem to be; white sugar, heat treated oils (any oil that is not cold pressed or extra virgin), pasteurised dairy products and animal fat.

Also you know how most people on this website say to drink apple juice only, for 4-5 days prior to the flush, well, I get candida from the high sugar content of apple juice and so on this site I found a reference to a MC's Lemonade which was fasted upon for 5 days before his flush and he got rid of 1,000 stones in one flush. So that's the one I'm going to try this time for my next flush. MC's Lemonade is made from:

2 Tbls Lemon Juice

2 Tbls Natural Maple Syrup

1/10 tsp cayenne pepper

8 Parts Warm or Cold Water

Drink 6-12 cups per day.

The website is http://phrazer00.tripod.com/01intro.htm

Happy gallstone eradicating!

le.

Subject: First flush completed/lemon juice in the morning

Hello --I am nearing the end of my first flush, and feel slightly disappointed that I only passed appx. 50-100 small green and tan stones. Will I likely pass more next time? As for the process -- it was a little time consuming, but rather easy. Epsom salt is indeed nasty, but bearable, and the olive oil potion was almost a breeze. I just wish it did not take up a whole weekend!I read (somewhere?) about a daily regime of lemon juice and ??? taken every morning on an empty stomach. Can anyone tell me about this, or where I might find more information regarding this topic? Thanks much! Dear Dale,

just a warning to everyone, that the Rodney Allman attatchment virus seems to be

doing the

rounds again. It has now cropped up on my allergies group. Please, all new

members who

have not come across this one before. Rodney Allman attatchments are added to an

old

message, with an invite to take a look. Just delete without opening. This

really gets me

annoyed as it is so important for all of us to have support and contact from

these groups

and people like this just have nothing better to do. Perhaps God will be kind

and give

this person some gallstones to worry about. Very painful ones hopefully!!!

Jane.

P.S. thanks Dale for all the info on Evening Primrose oil, it does a lot more

than I was

aware of. I had to give up the Lecithin unfortunately, as it started causing

other

problems as well.

But, still carrying on with the fish oil and EPO.

Okay. I just got back from vacation, so I missed the discussion about

primrose oil. When y'all get a chance, please tell me about what primrose oil

does for you.

Thanks,

Hi Miranda:

I too was very disappointed with my 1st flush. However, I wrote to " Ask

Tom " (where I first discovered the flush routine) and was encouraged to do

it again. I did, and #2 was rather dramatic, perhaps 300 - 400 stones.

I've now done 9 flushes and the last one produced very little, but was done

3 weeks after #8 and perhaps that was too soon. Other of the flushes

produced varying amounts of stones. By the way, 50 to 100 stones is pretty

good.

I would encourage you to try at least one more flush.

Dear Susie,

I can't take the Flax oil, so I had been looking for an alternative. When I went

to try

and get something the lady in the healthfood shop suggested fish oils for the

Omega 3 oils

and Evening Primrose oil for the Omega 6 oils.(All of you who are taking Flax

get both of

these anyway).

Dale gave me a link to a very interesting site which told me a lot more about

EPO.

Which is www.sbwise.com/ingredients/eveningprimroseoil.html if you are

interested to have

a look anyway.
