I had used satin sheets at one time, but couldn't keep the bed from sliding off of itself. I love silk aginst my skin. I would love silk sheets.

If I use cheap sheets sometimes my skin feels actually chapped. Debi Ylecody wrote:

Debi,

They're like sleeping wrapped up in a cozy old t-shirt... Hanes are best because they are 100% cotton, don't get a cotton-poly blend, they pill up just like a cotton-poly shirt would.

I don't do satin sheets. DH and I were just discussing them last night and they are just too slippery. I do LOVE my satin PJ's though. So, for me it is the Hane's tshirt material sheets for now and my satin PJ's. Of course, that is until I find something I like better. The satin PJ's are staying though, hee hee. I love the way they feel on my skin and it is easy to turn over in bed without them getting all wadded up.

Well now *that* would be a plus! That's one of my peeve's about wearing PJ's. I love my flannel one's but it is a problem sometime's, when it hurts to have anything touch [press into] the tissue under the skin, and your arm is under the pillow but the seam in the jammies is digging into your ribs... <g> Yup - been there and done that, just last night. ;- /
