Guest guest
Dawn, It is so true!!! Funny thing is my husband use to get upset at the prices of my shoes, which are many due to the fact they all mostly cause pain. He now understands with the EDS what is going on and is not letting me go to Kmart, Target or Payless anymore for shoes. I wait till end of season bargain blow-outs or go to outlet shopping malls. My feet are no longer AAA as I have spread out due to the laxity in the feet. My pinky toe is turned completely sideways permanently now. I have ugly feet and do not like showing them off, especially the long second toe is almost as long as my pinky finger!! I am 8 1/2 when I am flat and 7 when corrected. Same with the width, B when flat and AA when corrected. Weird. I just remembered I have some great s sandals I bought in England at the outlet stores there and I think I will dig those out. Tonite I am going to dinner with Hubby and his old girlfriend and have too look good for that, right!!?? She is a nice person so will not worry too much. 105 F. here in the San Valley of So. California today. Staying in as the smog hurts my lungs. I wonder if Birks. have a Website? I am off to go hunting.... Guest guest
Hi Carole, > It is so true!!! Funny thing is my husband use to get upset at the prices > of my shoes, which are many due to the fact they all mostly cause pain. He My hubby is the opposite. He doesn't care what they cost as long as they are good for my feet. If I want to buy shoes, he makes me walk in them first to show him whether or not my ankles are stable. I'm always the one whi cringes at the price. My feet are pronated so much that the little toe doesn't reach the floor anymore. The birkenstocks Kerry bought me this summer are WONDERFUL! They are really making a difference. When I'm not in the birks, I wear high-top hiking boots for ankle stability. >Tonite I am going to dinner with > Hubby and his old girlfriend and have too look good for that, right!!?? She > is a nice person so will not worry too much. You shouldn't have to worry. He's bringing you along, so there's no threat there. I am friends with my husband's ex. Everytime we do stuff together it just reinforces why he's with me and not her. She's nice and all, but her personality is not as suited to his as mine. > I wonder if Birks. have a Website? I am off to go hunting.... They do. I looked it up the other day. http://www.birkenstock.com/ -Barb
Guest guest
The second toe on my right foot is longer than all the rest even my big toe. I was told once that that means that you are extremely intelligent. LOL So I tell anyone that notices that is what it means. Kristi Re: Shoes!!!!! Dawn Dawn, It is so true!!!
