Hmm,

that does sound good! I can hardly wait for peach season to take off here. I use

to get big boxes of the most wonderful peaches when I lived up on Whidbey Isl,

the sellers would come there from Eastern

Wa. and sell the fruit on the

side of the roads. The price was reasonable, and I would buy enough to can

several dozen qt. jars. I really liked canning. I miss it. L

I can’t

find affordable big quantities of peaches here on my side of Oregon, so I don’t buy any but from

the stores, and their prices are always so inflated. But…I will buy

enough to try your suggestion! Thanks!

how about puree the peaches then freeze like a sorbet
