I must admit after 4 days of fasting with apple juice that the olive oil and grapefruit juice tasted pretty good. Any ways today I eliminated a lot of small stones today smaller than a month ago. Mostly tan with quite a few black. Lots of chaff Not too much green this time around. I felt pretty normal the whole time even during fasting..no nausea or hangover or side effects.
