Guest guest Posted June 19, 2007 Report Share Posted June 19, 2007 Hi Guys, I was hoping someone help me out with some advice. I called out from work two sundays ago becuase my neck gave out. When I went back to work on Monday one of the sup's said that my sup needed to talk to me the next day becuase I called out. Though the grapevine I heard that he wanted to write me up but the manager stopped him. Becuase I knew that they were gunning for me yesterday I went into the human resource department of my company and talked to them about my medical condition. They gave me some paperwork to have my doctor fill out so I can't get into trouble for calling out. However, today when I went into work my manager called me into his office and had a whole sheet of infractions I supposedly did and put me on suspention for three days. It seems very obvious to me it is becuase of my medical condion. Some of these infractions hint towards me doing some things that would show questionable integrity. I can't have this on my record, becuase I am trying to get a job with the FBI. Where can I go from here? I was also wondering if anyone knew if I can quit, so i don't get fired, and still file a discrimination case. I am so upset right now I don't even know what to do.
