Guest guest
I think you've got the quote down pretty good. Yeah, something like "if it wasn't for all the blood and all the pain---would it have been fun? Like a rollercoaster?" For those who don't know I rolled my van over and over and end to end 8 or 9 times, according to the police accident investigator. And all that without a seatbelt on. I made some really bad decisions that day. I wasn't in any shape to be driving for one. I decided not to wear my belt. And I was going something like 80 mph. On a winding country road. The two good things are no one else was hurt and I survived. It was tough going though and I wavered between life and death for days. Please don't drive if you aren't mentally or physically able folks! If your medication affects your mental function, your cognitive dysfunction impairs you or if you are not physcially able to respond quickly to emergencies please don't get behind the wheel. I no longer drive as a result of that wreck. Sending love to all of you! Sharon (MSersLife creator/owner) Keep true to the dreams of thy youth. (Albert Einstein) Re: vertigo is back Oh no, Shirley! I hope it doesn't stick around for long. I'm reminded of the question one of my sons asked Gramma (my Mom) after her roll-over. I can't remember exacty what it was he asked (can you, Mom? lol)... something like "if it wasn't for all the pain and blood, would it have been fun... like a rollercoaster?" Uhm, no. LOL So, if it wasn't for all the vertigo, would it be fun, like an amusment park ride? I hope it's gone by today! Challis Shirley wrote: Yes, it's back. I upped my prednisone back to 20 mgs to see if that will get rid of ti. I also took a whole valium to see if that would work. Neither really are yet. I lie down and get up after a couple hour nap and then ½ hour later or less it's back. I hate it! I"m missing doing the alpabet game! I will read them hopefully tomorrow when I can see better. x0x0x0 Shirley Want to be your own boss? Learn how on Yahoo! Small Business.
