Something that has helped me has been keeping my pain meds on a little shelf

above my head in my bed. I've heard from my doctor that waterbeds help a lot,

too.

We are considering getting a waterbed, but I haven't heard if they really help.

Does anyone here know anything about waterbeds helping pain?
