Are you talking about a TENS (Transcutaneous

Electrical Nerve Stimulation) unit? It can be helpful

for sciatic pain, and other types of back pain.

What kind of pain do you have? Did your doctor order a

TENS unit, or did you arbitrarily decide to buy one?

Did a physical therapist show you how to use it?
