I NEED to do a Third Flush. My Double-Vision WENT AWAY after my last Flush. I still shiver at the thought of 'Epsom salts'. Since my other EYE is now Blurry I NEED to Flush BUT this time I will try the Juicing of Apples and Carrots for a day or so. The GOOD NEWs I have found here is that IF a stone gets stuck I can always OPEN my Ducts with Epsom Salts. I should be able to share my results by Monday. -Tom-

Two amazon rain forest herbs that draw poisons out of the eye . You put one drop in each eye at bedtime and the next morning your eyes will be full of pus and gunk. Call Dr. Goodman at 504-241-4676. Guest guest
Hi Do you know if ok to use lemon juice instead of grapefruit juice. Also if fresh not found, if could use canned grapefruit or bottled lemon juice. Calvin Dufrene Jr. Take six ounces of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and mix it with six ounces of pure virgin olive oil and mix it up really well. I don't know about canned or bottled. You might operate on the theory that it's better to do it with inferior ingredients than not to do it at all! But surely you can get fresh lemons at any grocery store. J.

I've tried Hulda 's flush and had great release of stones... however, the epsom salts are AWFUL. I was searching the archives and found this post..I've been fasting on fresh applesauce for two days then changed to fresh apple juice for the third and final day. I injested the grapefruit/olive oil mixture before bed last evening and awoke to take the 10oz. of magnesium citrate (as per the posting). Nothing has happened...I'm really bummed. Anyone have any insight? Guest guest
Hi CE, One thing I can tell you is that 'Rome wasn't made in one flush'. In other words, cleansing the liver/gb is not a one time thing. You need to make it a lifestyle for awhile. You need to change your diet and repair your body again. Flushing results can be different with every flush and you should do at least 5 to 10 before you see the real results that it has on your health and body. I have done 4 flushes and each one is a little different. My 3rd flush was the least resulting because I cut back on the Epsom. Try a few different ways and find what works best for you. Use what works, when it does, do a few like that and then adjust the method again if you like. Find what your body likes. Maybe changing from the epsom (magnesium sulfate to the magnesium citrate) is what effected your results. If the first cleanse was great, go back to epsom for awhile. No one said 'flushing' was easy. Just the word 'flushing' doesn't congure up nice feelings for me. haha One thing that doubled my results was to double Dr. s oil mixture and use 5 tbspns of epsom instead of 4 tbspns. I loved the results and will stick with it for a few more flushes. In 4 flushes I have eliminated over 1,200 stones and will continue until my liver is clean. Hope this helps in some way. Good luck and Happy Flushing!!! Guest guest
CE, You are welcome for the info. I do Hulga 's cleanse. That means every two weeks. I've done 4 already.
