I just got a STARband from MFB two weeks ago and the longest part of

the process for us was waitning for the referral from my ped. Once

that came through, we were in right away. Then we had to wait again

for the insurance authorization. The number to MFB orthotics is 616-

242-0315. I have had nothing but good experiences with MFB.
