Good Day,

This year I turned 50 and my life has had major changes since.

History of depression and major back, hip and leg pain. Various

courses of physical therapy and etc, had injury again in 2004 to my

back at work.

Pysic doctor put me up to 120mg of cymbalta in March, I have reduced

to 60mg by myself since june 2006. 200mg of trazadone for sleep, now

down to 50mg. Tried going all the way off of trazadone but had a

week of no sleep and could not stand that.

Started to a new pain doctor in April. The reason for my upset since

April 2006 was that I was going through withdrawal from MS Cotin,

135mg a day. June 22, 2006 I completed the last 15mg tablet. My head

still feels fuzzy at times, ears feel like a pressure pushes against

them from the inside, the left side of head in back near the base of

my skull trobs at times and has a dull pain always. My life feels

like I am off balance and can not keep my house yet. No work outside

since my injury, just babysit two days a week for grandson.

My doctor now wants me off of the Vicodin (500/500 x 3-4 tabs daily).

Currently take 1/2 tab 2 t0 3 times a day with 650mg of tylenol 2

times a day.

Need a new protocol for getting my body back in a better health

shape. Will take advise on the in's and out's of how to do so.

Thank you,

Sunupmw
