Thank you, .  How long would you say I need to stay on .25 mg Xanax before quitting that dose?  I"ve read 3-4 days and I've read 2 weeks.  What seems sensible to me is to just wait until one is stabilized.  Does the withdrawal ever really end? Molly Molly, yes, go back to 0.25 mg.
