Guest guest
Thank you, . How long would you say I need to stay on .25 mg Xanax before quitting that dose? I"ve read 3-4 days and I've read 2 weeks. What seems sensible to me is to just wait until one is stabilized. Does the withdrawal ever really end? Molly Molly, yes, go back to 0.25 mg. Guest guest
Molly, yes, until stable. That's the only truly logical and scientific way. Your body will tell you.
