Usually I eat for a few days then don't for a few, so I'm trying to push through this period of no appetite, yet hungry tummy. It's a weird thing, to be so hungry yet not want to eat, then I get so weak it's hard to break out of that and shop and prepare food. So I need all the encouragement I can get just to keep eating. I went out about a month ago and bought some jeans at the Thrift store, sizes 3 and 0. I don't want to be a size 0. I'm only 5'3" but feel I should weigh more than my current 105. Some food issues are general and some are personal. About the nuts. It is important to use raw nuts, and not peanuts. The ones that work best for me for snacking are almonds and brazil nuts.
