I wish you could try the Cymbalta, it really is helping. I DO understand about the high costs of meds...yukk. Fortunately I am too *Po* to have "real" insurance and have medicaid. If I weren't *Po* I'd have Medicare, since I did get SSI I would qualify for it. But the Medicaid does cover Cymbalta with about a $3.00 co-pay. Even still my co-pay, which can run from 0 to $3 per med, often runs $15-$20 a month..that's how many meds I'm on. Funny thing is, the other day when I had a horrid migraine and didn't leave the bed all day, I didn't take ANY meds and was just fine I think I'm just feeding the system rather then getting quality medical care... The only things of all the crap I take that seem to be working is the Cymbalta and the 300 mg of Neurontin and the Actos, which take for diabetes but is also undergoing tests for MS. Other then that I think it is all just gumming up my system....I think the supplements I take are what is really keeping me on my feet...that and the LDN... And I see you're doing your happy dance! I haven't tried Cymbalta. My insurance will cover it at a high co-pay. My big problem right now is trying to reduce the costs of my meds because I'll be capping soon and will have to pay full price for all of them. Yikes! Peace and Blessings to you too Akiba. You said your insurance won't cover it, ask again, I just got my scrip for it and *my* insurance does cover it, if Mine will, yours should!!! I'm really noticing a difference with my pain levels with it, don't know if it is doing much for depression or if Jimmy moving out took care of that but I don't seem to be depressed at all!!
