Guest guest Posted June 5, 2006 Report Share Posted June 5, 2006 Hi . I've been taking the magnesium and vit c from 7-3pm for two day, I have noticed a difference already-- sleep has improved. I do want to mention that we discussed constipation and I'm still stuffed up to put it mildy. I was thinking about this and my youngest daughter who is a lot like me in many ways has had the same problem her whole life, and she is only 6 years old. I can remember having the same problem when I was younger also. I have changed my diet a lot, meat, eggs, veggies, no bread, no grain, added nuts as well. I was wondering if we could add something or increase somthing?
