Hi Kim,

It's Sandy DeWys from Holland again. Just as I promised without digging into

my stuff to deep I found some things that will keep you busy for a few days.

First of all You need to go buy this Book: This isn't the Life I signed up for

written by Donna Partow. I think it was about $12 bucks. It's the best book I

ever read and everyone I've shared it with says the same thing.

2. Buy yourself the Pill Book, it's an RX book tells you the generics, what the

medication is for, side effects.($6.99)

3. Search the following sites:

www.WebMD.com

www.azandme.com ( Astra Zeneca's medication assistance site website)

www.lifescript.com

www.gskforyou.com

www.nationalpainfoundation.org

www.connecticutcenterforhealth.com

www.medicinenet.com

I think that might keep you busy for a while. You can find that book at

christian book stores or others like and Nobles ect.

Hope you have fun looking up your trouble areas. Try to make copies

of the things that apply to you. After you print it out, highlight the areas

that apply. Happy Hunting

Hello to all new group members.

I to have only been with this group for about 3 weeks now I think ?

I am 41 have osteoarthritis of neck, back, hip, and possibly of the knee.

I also have depression. I might also have fibromyalgia, the doc say I

have some of the symptoms of that. So I have pain or discomfort

somewhere on my body 24/7.

I have been down that road of doc not caring, or not giving meds for fear of me

getting hooked, when all i want is some relief.

I just want to try and live my life without feeling loopy from the

meds.

The people in this group are great and they certainly have made

me feel special. They really do give great support and i would like to

do the same. There may not be a lot of advice i can give but I sure can lend an

ear.

So if you need to vent you can email me. Hope I make more friends, and what

better friends than the ones who are pretty much in the same boat as everyone

else in here.

Don't feel sorry for complaining, we know how it is. This is where you come for

support when the well people don't give it to us!

Take Care

Hope to hear from you

Kim
