Guest guest
It IS scary. I've fallen numerous times and it scares me. I worry that I'll fall and break my hip and then I will have some major problems. I try to walk carefully to lesson the chance of falling but that just doesn't always work, does it? The first time it was in the bathroom, and I was at the sink, and the next thing I remember I was going down, and I ended up hitting my head on the side of the tub. Its like I saw myself fall, but didn’t have any idea of stopping it. I didn’t even try. The second time the same thing, only in the kitchen, and I fell on my bad side [rt], and I must have hit just right on the “funny bone”, but there wasn’t anything funny about it at all!! I’ve never felt such pain as that. My right foot drags, and now after all these years it is staying swollen. I’m glad you weren’t hurt! It is also rough since I don't have a choice but to use my walker to get around. When my foot is like that my leg will sometimes seem like it is in a locked mode after I take a step. I accidently took a spill tonight. It scared my wife Judy and my son . Even our dog Annie was surprised and jumped when I fell. I wasn't hurt.Bill Sharon (MSersLife creator/owner) Keep true to the dreams of thy youth. (Albert Einstein) Ring'em or ping'em. Make PC-to-phone calls as low as 1¢/min with Yahoo!
