As such, the following article, NIH Considers Dietary Supplements, which can be found at the URL below, may be of interest to some of you. The article states that the National Institutes of Health brought together researchers together this week to assess whether the dietary supplement garlic, among others, indeed helps the heart, as touted. Where did you find this information Pierre? In which amount are they suppossed to cause anemia? I decided to take garlic for two reasons: for blood pressure and for its natural antibiotic activity protecting the body against bacteria and fungi.
