Guest guest Posted December 14, 2004 Report Share Posted December 14, 2004 (((())))) The last time I felt like that at work, I went down and got a coke and watered it down with a lot of ice... sucked on the ice chips and sipped the coke, and that calmed my stomach down enough to where I got through the day. Wish I could do something to help. I know, it's the worst feeling in the world. Hugs and Love, and feel better, ok? (ginger ale is best for up set stoumache) and get you some Saltine Cracker's.. nibble at them.. it will help the stomache. Sounds like you have that new Flu strain. where there is no fever.. but you hurt all over, and just feel plain sick.. Rest is what you want and need but can understand your situation. so just take it as easy as you can and get you some soda and cracker's.. Love Ya.. I know several people who had the flu shot's past and present that have gotten the flu.. and the shot's only protect against certian strain's not all strains.
