Guest guest Posted July 5, 2006 Report Share Posted July 5, 2006 I know I am not eating much but it is hard for me to eat someday's I am lucky I can make myself eat this and I am just at a loss. But even the two herbal doctors said I am not eating enough but this is a lot compared to what I normally eat. Please is there a way I can eat better and is simple and healthy and well does not cost a great deal I know this sounds bad but money is a big stressor for me.. Day one: Breakfast: Two wheat toast Lunch: Mc chicken and fires and a salad and water Dinner: Chicken boils and then baked, baked beans with onions, and mac and cheese with water. Day two: Breakfast: Yogurt Lunch: Cheese sandwich Dinner: Salad with ranch dressing Day three: Breakfast: Cheese sandwich Lunch: nothing Dinner: Mac and cheese and water Day four: Breakfast: Peanut butter and gram crackers and water with some cheese slices Lunch: organic snack bar and water Dinner: two baked potato's with cheese and sour cream and water Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
