Guest guest
The last couple of months, I've had joint pain in my middle finger. For a while I couldn't figure what was wrong because at 37 I think I'm just a little too young for arthritis and I haven't done anything out of the norm, except for withdrawing from zoloft, which I read in the files that joint pain can be a withdrawl symptom. > > . > Is it normal to have joint pain? Guest guest
Is it possible that joint pain is related to taking SSRIs? Or/and the loss of calcium, iron? ikam Copeland wrote: Hello again:),Lately I've been waking up with severe pain in my knees, which is weird because one day I'm in agony and the next I'm pain free.Is it normal to have joint pain? I take 4000 mg fish oil and 500mg vitamin C daily.I can't take magnesium as it makes me hyper, but it did help with the muscle and joint pain. Bye:)
Guest guest
Joint pain is associated with SSRI usage, not necessarily calvium and iron deficiencies from this, though. Guest guest
Thank you, . It has been worse recently, the pains. Apparently my hip joint is not in the best condition. This really makes me worry. I am too young for this! There are other symptoms as well and I am unsure what relates to what anymore. I think I will get an answer only when I stop SSRIs. I have been more stable again. I think it possibly is the right time to think about decreasing meds again. At the moment I am on 75mg Effexor XR in the morning and 75 mg in a tablet form in evening. Should I try to take 75mg tablet form in the morning as well? With the aim to take only tablet form of Effexor... ikamccreel_04064 wrote: Joint pain is associated with SSRI usage, not necessarily calvium and iron deficiencies from this, though.C> Hello again:),> Lately I've been waking up with severe pain in my knees, which is > weird because one day I'm in agony and the next I'm pain free.> Is it normal to have joint pain? Guest guest
Ikam, if you're feeling completely stable from the partial switchover, then yes, go ahead and do the next one. The definition of " competely stable is " as well or better than you felt before beginnig the switchover (or decrease). " Re: Re: Joint pain and withdrawal Thank you, . Guest guest
Yes, I feel better than before. Do I switch 75mg XR to 75mg tablet straight away or in some stages? ikamC Creel wrote: Ikam, if you're feeling completely stable from the partial switchover, then yes, go ahead and do the next one.
