When did you start on Cymbalta? Did you have depression too? I was given samples of Cymbalta by my PC but I've never taken it because I found out my insurance won't cover it. The pain is so bad though that I'm wondering if I should go ahead and try it and then pay for it somehow. Sharon Trimm wrote: You know,

I started with Cymbalta a couple of weeks ago (my Dr gave me a month's worth to try it) and it really is working for me. I have pain from the MS and diabetic pain and I have noticed a significan decrease with Cymbalta. Helps with the depression, too, I am going through a stressful time with getting ready to give jimmy the boot (this afternoon is the day we break the news) and I would normally be a mess and I'm handling it just fine!

Thanks for telling me of your experience so far with Cymbalta. I never took the samples I was given because I found out my insurance won't cover it. I'm thinking about trying it though and then I'll worry about paying for it. So Jimmy's getting the boot this afternoon? Good luck to you and Rob. I'll be sending supportive thoughts your way. No depression. They originally had me on Paxil for pain control because they have found with the serotonin reuptake inhibitors you get better sleep and better pain control with more serotonin in your system. The rheumatologist switched be due to the fact i was having nerve pain and Cymbalta's other use is for diabetic neuropathy 'Sharon Marsden wrote: When did you start on Cymbalta?
