Guest guest
We seem to have exchanged weather! It's in the upper 80s here with no air conditioning and supposed to stay like this all week. I never thought I'd say this but you can give us our rain back and you can have this hot sunshine back, LOL. .

Stay indoors and put the fans on. But please , can we have the rain you don't want!?

How are you bearing up, ? I've never reacted so badly to the heat. Even before the depression and drugs it used to make me feel sick. I was comatose today and I'm feeling terrible. Can't tell if it's the heat, or the problems with the magnesium, or vegetables I'm eating too much of, or what. Ick, ick, ick. Was in the air conditioned supermarket for 10 minutes today and felt better but had to go home. Funny but when I lived in the American Midwest, I would have considered this to be fairly mild weather for July. I guess it's a matter of what you're used to. Take care & keep cool, . Guest guest
, You're reacting badly to the heat because your body has been damaged by abrupt withdrawal. It has a difficult time regulating its thermostat. Temperature and humidity extremes are just another form of sensory stimulation. As you know, you're easily overstimulated. It will be easier to bear it just knowing the reason. There's nothing to worry about here. Just continue to focus on taking good care of yourself. You have already done some healing, and it will continue. Hang in there, and go easy on yourself--it'll cool off soon.
