The most helpful-sounding suggestion I've found is to try 25,000iu of vitamin A twcie a day. That seems like a lot but it worked well in a study; unfortunately the details of that study weren't available. If I had started cod liver oil I wouldn't have to ask about this, but I'm still finishing my old stock of capsules at the moment. This condition went precisely hand-in-hand with the sudden onset of depression in September 2004, and while I've actually noticed a big improvement in my mood the past couple of days, the menorrhagia is worse than ever and is making me ill. I'm taking my iron pills 3x a day but am still fatigued, dizzy and nauseous, and also house-bound. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, many thanks, .
