Guest guest
Bill, It really sucks to have to put down one of your critters. I know ,I've had to do it a few times myself. Each time ,I end up saying I won't get another one because of the intense loss but then we think about all the love they bring to our family and we end up with a new " family member " He lived to 14 ,so he had many good years with your family and I'm sure he loved you all as much as your family loved him. its hard to put them down when they are ill but you did him a favor by giving him a painless way to leave this life and not suffer more. I hope your cancer scare comes back that your clean, I know ,I'm starting to worry about what my smoking for 40 years has done and am seriously thinking of quitting. I know its too late for some of the problems I have created by smoking but maybe it can help some if I do now. I am targeting January 1st as my quit day.
