Hi, Tom,

So you're adding sea salt, right? not the other stuff, I hope. You're

saying 1/4 inch of sea salt in a glass? And this makes you poop, too, right?

Please let us hear more.

Thanks,

Susie

What about drinking a lot of water right after a meal? I heard it can dilute stomach acids.

Hi Mark,

I think the formula is 1/4 teaspoon of salt for each quart of water.

At least, that's what the "water cure" web site says. I am new to

this, but for the past two days I've been doing the "water cure" and have

had some pretty good results already. I really do notice a difference

in energy levels and better digestion and less cramping after meals.

I use sea salt from the health food store, rather than table salt.

And since I drink store bought spring water straight out of the 1.5 liter

plastic bottle (which is 1 quart, 1 pint and 2.7 fluid ounces), I just

add about 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus another 1/8 teaspoon, which comes out

about right for that size of water bottle, I think.

Yesterday I passed the link to the water cure web site along to a friend

of mine who was suffering from serious ulcer pains (she had her GB removed

several months ago, but a whole new crop of stomach pains came along afterwards),

and she wrote back today to thank me, saying that when the ulcer pain hit

her late last night she started on the salted water and after three glasses

the pain completely went away. This is exactly what "Dr. Bat" says

will happen, in his interview with Sam Biser on the water cure site.

Prior to this my friend has been on very strong prescription antacids and

ulcer drugs, which have provided little to no relief at all from the daily

pain. So she is impressed at this point, and so am I. I've

asked her to keep me informed, and I will certainly pass along any information

she volunteers regarding her progress on the water cure.

Regards,

Steve Barwick

Deborah,

Go to http://www.watercure2.com/ and on the left hand side of the page

you will see a column with some links under "Articles." One link

is for the "water cure" recipe (i.e., giving the salt to water ratio).

You might want to read that whole article first and then go back to the

article links. A little further down that left-hand column there

is another link called "Facts About Salt." This explains how dehydration

causes edema (swelling), and gives some hints on starting the water cure

slowly if you have a problem with edema. Here is a quote from the

article, "The brain commands an increase in salt and water retention by

the kidneys. This is how we get an edema when we don't drink enough water."

I am just starting on this myself, so all I know is what is on that web

site. You should try to read as much as possible, particularly the

info at the links that might apply to your specific situation.

Steve Barwick

I'm guessing this mixture (1 teaspoon salt per gallon) ends up at about 0.011% salinity, or about 1/350 the concentration of seawater (3.7%). Is that a close guess? In other words, for those wondering, this is nowhere near the toxic concentration of seawater. (I'm guessing at the weight of a teaspoon of salt.)

One of the reasons our blood pressure increases is that the Capillaries constrict...slowing Blood flow and increasing Pressure, This is a natural safety mechanism to Preserve Water. Increasing Water with a little Sea Salt brings the Body back in balance.

Breaking a Water Dam to Feed the Thirsty People below is not wise. GO

SLOW...but Steadily Increase Water (Add Sea Salt)

Our body recognize seawater.

If you drink seawater, you will only get diarrhea.

That way we don't get poisond.

Drinking salt water every morning is part of many different forms of bowel

cleansing.

nutrients that epsom salts do not have, for the purpose of the water cure.

I went back and ran Norton antivirus, and just to be sure I also updated

Norton and ran it again. No viruses whatsoever. So, I am not

Re: mysterious attachments -- What do these attachments look like? I do not see them at all. I went back and ran Norton antivirus, and just to be sure I also updated Norton and ran it again. No viruses whatsoever. So, I am not sure what is going on. I emailed myself, and when the email came to me there was not attachment. And I called several people whom I email daily, and they said there is no attachments. So...I think this is something that is being added on the gallstone list end. I can't find anything on my end. Dax,

I just did a search of my entire computer hard drive for those files,

and they are not anywhere on my computer. So, the attachments must

be being added to emails at the gallstone list. They are emphatically

NOT on my computer.

Regards,

Steve
