posts from me just came thru! I wonder what the heck is going on? I think I sent

them last week, so please delete if they came thru already.

Hi Sharon,……..good luck with your

MRI tomorrow. When I’ve had mine, they give me a dry washcloth to put

over my eyes so I can keep them close. Then they pump in fresh air, and give me

head phones to listen to whatever music

I want. The hardest part for me is laying on the hard surface for long. If its

too long which ever place is hurting the worse goes into spasms. Last time they

had to stop before I had the whole spine done as my shoulder was spasming, and

they picked it up on the monitors. They weren’t very happy with me, but

it wasn’t MY fault!

Anyhow, my thoughts will be with you.

I''ve finally called and scheduled

the MRIs my neuro ordered for me in JANUARY. lol It's set for

Thursday afternoon at 2:30. I'll have brain with and without contrast and

c spine without contrast. The c spine is to check my neck where

it was broken in 2002. I'm claustrophobic so I'll have a

little Valium--and I'll do all of my relaxation techniques.

I have to say I'm a little

apprehensive because the last time I had MRIs the radiologist said there was

nothing on my tests that was consistent with MS. Since then I have had

two neuros say that radiologist was nuts but the fear is still there that there

will be another screw-up.
