Guest guest
Hi…. I hope this comes out okay because when I clicked reply the font went to wingdings, and the words started way over on the left. I had to adjust both, so I don’t know how it will end up. In answer to you question Challis, I haven’t made the appt. yet. I’m still debating whether to switch? My PCP I have now I like her, but she isn’t very helpful with helping me manage all my stuff, and my hubby’s Dr. has been very knowledgible , and more experience it seems with the chronically ill. But………. I hate to give up on my present Dr, because she’s good about prescribing whatever I need, and I don’t always have to go in, and she’s somewhat tolerant of when I have to cancel appt., so I am going to think this through. Maybe I’ll go for a consult first with hubby’s Dr? I’ll let you know. So whatever virus is here, attacks the sinuses, ears, and lungs. I should have gone to the Dr., but I have a tendency to wait it out. Last week I did try an antibiotic for the ears, and it seemed to help. I now take Claritin everyday too, and that has been a help also. Smiles, Jackie p/s I am in the process of getting my records from the Neurologist that dx’ed me with MS, and make up a folder to take to a new PCP. I am a little nervous about starting over with a new Dr., but the one I will be seeing is very thorough, and is Steve’s Dr, and he highly recommends him. I have so many illnesses, I hope it won’t overwhelm him! Then we found out it was actually whooping cough.... Sharon Valene wrote: Hello Jackie- When I lived in Oregon, it was right off the coast in Astoria. Beautiful little town, but it was a little too humid for me. I don't ever remember the weather being in the 90's in the spring though. I do remember alot of rain though. As far as viruses go. I've noticed alot of people having a hard time with them. Last Christmas I had a virus hit the nerves in my face, causing me to have Bell's Palsy. What a trip! I thought I had had a stroke or something. The whole left side of my face was paralyzed for a few weeks. My daughter has been catching some viruses here and there as well. Mostly in her sinuses and ears. God bless... -------
