OK, I feel like an idiot. That is an " s " and not a " $ " isn't it.

Duh! According to the person who handles the insurance issues at

Cranial Technologies the " anticipated portion " we have to pay is $200

per band. I'm going to look at our policy tonight to see exactly

what it says. Sorry I'm not more help!
