Hi Namomi!

My wife eats 60-70% raw fruits and vegies. I am at about 40%.

Typical morning starts with fresh sqeezed oj, flax seed oil and

lecithin. Then a large bowl of fruit.

At 10:00 I eat two pieces of organic whole wheat toast with honey and

some tea... yes, I put sugar in it!

At noon I eat a large apple and an alnmost healthy... my recipe...

chocolate chip oatmeal cookie.

At 5:00 p.m. I drink a 16 oz. glass of fresh sqeezed juices, mainly

carrot, beet, celery, parsly, ginger. Or an extra large organic

salad with two types of green lectuce (no worthless iceberg),

tomatoes, carrots, avacodo, brocoli, celery, sprouts, cauliflower

sometimes, cucumber... if it is a vegie... it has a chance to be in

the salad.

At 7:00 I eat whatever Lori has cooked... she cooks everything and it

is fantastic... almost all organic... Pasta with mushrooms, ground

turkey, artichokes is one of my favorites. Spicy chicken and beans &

rice soup is terrific... Paellea with rice and chicken... A lot of

rice, chicken and beans!

Lori's lunch is often a sandwich with organic whole wheat bread,

avacado, spouts chopped up carrots with a little mayo.

We go through huge amounts of organic fruit all day long in this

family.

Hope this is helpful...

If I were breast feeding I would first store a few bottles of my own

milk... then do the flush. I would then feed my baby the stored milk

for a day and pump out the milk that day an discard it. This way I

would be assured that most of the toxins... if any... did not get to

the baby. If the baby is old enough... a little raw goats milk is a

great substitute.

Good Luck!
