I am now paying $300 a month for my insurance alone, plus another $300 in co-pays for the 9 meds I take, for FMS, Bi-Polar (these are the ones that kill me, $120 a month), chronic pain, blood pressure and thryroid. Hi Jami Ask your pharmacist, which plan will help you. Also, contact your local Health and Human services for your state. They have all kinds of different plans that can help with your mental health needs. Try to use generics, ask much as possible. I'm sure you probably already do that. Last, but not least, contact the companies that manufacture your medications. You might be eligible for one of their medication assistance plans. Many of them will still help, even if you have insurance.
