I cannot sleep when I am like that.. I have been using the Fiber the doctor told me to It is not helping me.. and pepto bismol YUK!! that doesn't help either.. Guest guest Posted November 30, 2004 Report Share Posted November 30, 2004 Yes i do and what is worse it is usually when i eat a full meal.... go figure so I know that if I have a full meal such as , a pork chop and baked potato with a vegetable, then i know in about 5-10 minutes the cramps will start and like 5 hours later it will be over it is a given. Or if I go out for dinner it is the same... i think about it when i go out .. but I dont go out much and it is worth it at the time. Kwim? Huggles you lots Sophia -- Re: IBS Oh My Shophia.
