Hi , Of course exercise is individual, but most people in early recovery from psyche meds find strenuous exercise to be too stimulating. It is normal that you would experience issues with strenuous workouts right now. suggests gentle forms such as Tai Chi. I think yoga is good too. Rebounding (mini-trampoline) is great. You may be able to go back to strenous exercise once you have some healing under your belt. I really need to stay out of discussing beta endorphin and serotonin. I am not educated enough about them to get into a discussion about that. I think the best part of RR is eating protein at every meal and eating vegetables. That's what I took with me when I left.
