I was taking supliments and vitamens but stopped due to the nausea so i am not sure whether i should continue taking them or not...

the suppliments i was taking were...

Fishoil 1000mgFlaxseed oil 800mg Evening primrose oil 1600mg, vit B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B7 75 mg , B11 400mcg and 75mcg B12. I also take Ginko 200mg, and Valarian 300mg And Rhodiola rosea.. I was diagnosed with Borderline... i was given Prozac which did not work, Cipramil, which did not work and then finally zoloft 100mg. I have been taking it now for 3 years along with oxazepam 10mg 3 times a day and Loramet 1 mg .

I have now cut down on the Zoloft... I am now taking about 80 mg zoloft... just tapered another quater last week. And am feeling tired, fluish, and i cannot sleep properly and generally feeing not so good. Heavy feeling in my head.

I basically want to get off this zoloft as i have terrible tinnitus and was told it was caused by the zoloft...regards
