the names of several other stimulant laxatives, that work just as well, and cost

less money. Bisacodyl, Castor Oil, Dulcolax, Ex-Lax Gentle Nature, Fleet

Laxative, Gentlax, Senna, and Senokot, just to name a few.

I haven't tried this but several others on another group I belong to

say it works very well. You can purchase Cascara Sagrada online or at a

health food store.
