After a tubal they can be anywhere from nothing to 8 or 9, depending on what you had before. Most docs like to see something over 5 cm. for a post TR length. Lori H. Guest guest
Some people say it's because we test earlier than most and lots of m/c's occur before the woman even realizes she's pg. Another thing, I think, might be that we are generally several years older by the time we have a reversal and get pg and older women m/c more often. Someone else mentioned that shorter tubes may play a part in faulty implantation, but I don't know whether or not that's true. Guest guest
That's very intresting information, Thank you for responding. I will take all of this under consideration. Also since you said some people have shorter tubes do you know what would be considered a good tube lenght? Guest guest
hi Becky, No it's not something that is expected after a TR. Unfortunately I've miscarried twice after my TR. The only thing they have found wrong is that I have diabetes. I'm hoping that is the problem so i can fix it and bring a baby home but I'm really not that hopefully i guess. After 2 miscarriages it's hard to see that you'll ever succeed. If you have any other questions please ask. I'll answer if i can Misty > >Reply-To: TubalLigationReversal >To: TubalLigationReversal >Subject: Miscarriages >Date: Mon, 13 May 2002 14:17:30 -0000 > >Hello, > >I have been reading everyones messages, Which I love to do because >they are so informative. Guest guest
Misty, Im so sorry to hear about both of your miscarriages, I know it's hard because I had one when I was very young before my first born son, So that was pretty hard I can imagine two. But hang in there and you are in my prayers, Im sure that you will have what you have been waiting for so long once your diabetes is under control maybe that is a sign from the lord to bring it under control so that when you do have a sucessful pregnancy the two of you will be healthy in the long run with no other complications. Hang in there!! and BABY WISHES TO YOU! Regards, Becky C > hi Becky, > No it's not something that is expected after a TR. Unfortunately I've > miscarried twice after my TR. Guest guest
Hello Becky C, I am late as usual reading emails and I am sure that I will find someone has answered you. But here I go. Miscarriages after a TR just seem to be high in number because the woman is so in tune with her body and knows well before a person who has never had a TR that she is pregnant. This is because of all the charting and things you do for the TR. That just makes it seem higher because you know way before hand. A person who has never had a TR may have miscarried and thought it was an abnormal period. I hope that helps you. I hope you can also understand my rambling. Love ya, Moe Miscarriages > Hello, > > I have been reading everyones messages, Which I love to do because > they are so informative.
