Hi ,

Is there any chance this might also work for opiate ear issues?

This has improved post-withdrawal, but they still itch a lot.

Thanks!

<<Do you want me to stop using the oregano oil ?>>

** You're brushing teeth with it, right? Keep using it. It's a good antibacterial.

Hi ,

My current symptoms are itching, sometimes a feeling of fullness in

the ears and what feels like some drainage coming down the fallopian

tube (the drainage is occasional, usually in the morning). All of

this feels way inside my ears -- inner ear.

When I was on painkillers I used to have ear aches, hearing would go

in and out, and I had a feeling of sensitivity in the ears. That

has all stopped but now I am having the above stuff.

I was brushing with the Oil of Oregano at one point too and then I

started drinking one drop of it in a cup of green tea which I

actually liked the taste of (go figure, lol).

Drinking the OoO really fixed the ears but I couldn't tolerate it

daily...it seemes to make me jittery and give me insomnia.

Thanks, !

Hugs,

Dear ,

** Well, the first thing I'd do is stop getting into such positions

that my fallopian tubes relocate to my ears. ;-) Then we can consider any

symptoms you have from your eustachian tubes.

Is there a sense of not hearing as well? A sound like cracking,

whizzing, humming, tingling, stitches?

Is it just a sensation of fluid?

Any pain involved?

How would you deescribe the pain?

Any throat pain or discomfort?

How about gastric problems (yes, I know it sounds weird, but there is a

relationship)?

Does anything happen when you blow your nose?

Any glandular involvement?

Internal or external itching?

Any sense of inflammation?

Are all symptoms inner?

The devil's in the details.

---LOL, I can't believe I mixed that up!!! Definitely the laugh of

the day.

> Is there a sense of not hearing as well? A sound like

cracking,

> whizzing, humming, tingling, stitches?

---I do have tinnitus. It's occasional, a high pitched whine. It

mostly happens when I first wake up and when I first get into bed.

But sometimes during the day

> Is it just a sensation of fluid?

---Yes

> Any pain involved?

---Not much anymore....quite a bit on the drugs.

>

> Any throat pain or discomfort?

---Yes. The itching sometimes feels like it's also in the back of

my throat....where the EUSTACHEAN tube (lol) conntects to the back

of the throat.

> How about gastric problems (yes, I know it sounds weird, but there

is a

> relationship)?

---Yes again. After I started taking drugs I had a lot of bloating

and acidity problems. I thought it would go away, but it hasn't. I

tried drinking kefir and I got terrible pains after about a week so

I stopped. It also gave me insomnia and terrible anxiety and I was

so ballooned up I looked like I was six months pregnant.

> Does anything happen when you blow your nose?

---Well, it does feel like mucous is also moving out of my inner

ears. It really isn't but there is a feeling of that, if that makes

any sense -- sort of like a cavernous feeling on the right side.

Also, I have pressure problems in my ears. If I do that pre-flight

test where you hold your nose and blow, I will get pressure on the

right side. The amount of pressure varies.

> Any glandular involvement?

---No.

> Internal or external itching?

---internal only.

> Any sense of inflammation?

---Very much so. Sometimes my entire head feels inflamed - sort of

like a swollen feeling internally.

> Are all symptoms inner?

---Yes. I've been to the doctor about four times...sometimes a

specialist, sometimes regular doc...they all look in my ear and

say, " I don't see any sign of infection " . When I mention the

pressure they say it was probably a virus, but it doesn't go away.

I've sort of given up on them -- they don't seem to think it's

anything very significant.
