Incidentally, I use pita bread extensively as part of my pre-dialysis renal

diet. It makes a great pocket sandwich, when filled with salad (with a bit

of olive oil), and an ounce of ground beef or chicken. On days when I

haven't had much sodium otherwise, I'll add a bit of ranch-style salad

dressing.

my wife says I'm so quick it wouldn't make a lot of difference which I did

first, in fact doing both at the same time might save her a few seconds in

the day!!lol
