Guest guest
Hello to everyone. Well I got some good news. I'm doing better. Still have a ways to go but I'm feeling better mentally and physically. Well enough to get that job at guitar center for those of you that remember. I am working full time and am doing good with that. Only problems I have is I forget things easy now since I've been off effexor and every once in awhile I'll forget simple tasks and that's become somewhat problemsome. Is there anything that helps withthe memory. Right now I'm on fish oil, a multi vitamin, purezyme, total upper gi, kidney drainage, back flower when needed and was on the ashwaganda but am out right now. But I'm amazed I can do it. I drive a good 40 mins to work every day. Highway driving and all and I do alright. I'm amazed I have the stamina to stand for 5 hours at a time, I get hour breaks. I work 5 days a week mostly 8 hours shifts. But yeah, just thought I'd let everyone know things are a bit better. My fiance is doing well, she's gained around 15 pounds and is 7 mos along. Everythig went good at the last sonogram. I'm a little stressed now more due to normal things like the job, my fiance and baby, not so much anxiety. Still there but it's getting a little more under control. Brightness still is a little bothersome but it's better than it was. Hmmm and I had been doing a program called the linden method. I don't know if you have ever heard of it catherine but it's a really good program for anxiety, agoraphobia and other phobias. It worked pretty well for me. Just thought I'd let people know something that worked pretty good for me. It has a one year gaurantee on it. That's a huge reson I went with it. Anyways I hope everyone is doing well and you all have my best of wishes. I'd like to update more but I've gotten so busy lately since the job that all I have time for is work, eating, my fiance, and resting that's about it. Thanks again to everyone and if there is somethign that can help with the forgetfulness let me know. Later. Guest guest
Nate, great work with the driving 40 miles! That's quite an accomplishment. My range right now is about 10, but someone else has to drive. Give yourself props for the full time job, too! I still haven't looked into the LInden method, but I'm now seeing a therapist who's working with me on overcoming the agoraphobic feelings. Glad to hear of your improvement! Let us know when baby makes her entrance! TonyaNate Pratt wrote: Hello to everyone. Well I got some good news. I'mdoing better. Still have a ways to go but I'm feelingbetter mentally and physically.
