Guest guest
Hi Group, I was curious if any of you have back pain in the middle of your back and upper back? I have it so bad that I can't do anything! At least 3 or 4 days a week! Even two Vicoden every 3 or 4 hours doesn't take it away. Barely makes it tolerable. It's the most severe pain and it feels like me back is broke in half. Does anyone else have upper or mid back pain? What do you do for it? Also I have a chronic promblem with my left leg and hip! It's sore all the time from my hip to my knee. It feels like it's bruised all the way down. There's also an extremely tender spot on that hip. I'm going to Walmart and I thought I'd get some of those pads. I have to go back through the messages to find out the name of them again ) Should I put the pads on the spot on my left hip? Maybe I should try a few on my upper back? Thanks for any input. Thanks, Carlotta - lcarlotta@...
Guest guest
Hi, ...they are called Solanpas patches. They are great. I would try them on your hip and back. My back does hurt in those spots sometimes. --Leigh -- mid back pain/leg & hip pain Hi Group,I was curious if any of you have back pain in the middle of your back and upper back? While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
> >, hi. I do get pain in my upper back. That's where most of my flare ups start, upper back, shoulder, then arm on the left side. Right now though, my upper back on the right side is killing me. And I've also been having trouble with my right hip. It pops everytime I move, and aches all the time. I've been putting Well Patches on my hip, but can't really say if it works or not. Hope the Salonpas work for you. Walmart was out of them Saturday. That's why I got the Well Patches. >
Guest guest
, I have upper and mid back pain sometimes. When I do I know its time to see the chiropractor. As far as the hip pain I have had that too. I use a tens unit on it and haven't had any problem since. I also used a anti-infammatory medication (Aleve, then Arthritec) Hope you find something that helps.
