OK, but I am still not convinced Yahoo is working OK, I am still not

receiving the messages direct to my email. Not to worry she'll be

right I suppose, thanks .

You have just reminded me, in my quest for a better diet, today, I

tried some of those Japanese rice sandwich type things wrapped up in

seaweed, it had a pickle (Kumchi) and sweet ginger condement in the

middle, not bad at all. I suppose you have this sort of thing on a

regular basis.

Wouldn't that be a little on the salty side? Definitely a no-no on the renal

diet.
