Guest guest Posted June 4, 2002 Report Share Posted June 4, 2002 Hi , I have been taking Zestril for years, and have never had any acne rash as a side effect. I do get the abdominal pain at times, but that was prior to starting Zestril and is related to bouts of pancreatitis. I am unaware of any side effects I have from Zestril.
