Guest guest
a and others... I had this problem for awhile when starting oxy. I also am a voracious reader. What I did for myself that helped a little was to not sit or lay down to read. I would make sure I was in a position that wasn't conducive to sleeping. Sometimes I would stand at the kitchen counter or stand and lean on the railing around the balcony. I had to swap being totally comfortable with being able to stay awake long enough to get through a few chapters. I am sure there are a lot of 'downsides' to this for each of us, I am just passing on what I did. I know at least for myself, if I have to make changes there is usually a " if I want to do 'this', I will have to give up 'that'... " type of dilema. Good luck with this. Happy New Year to ALL. I also love reading, but I fall asleep if I'm reading, watching t.v. I have even fallen asleep while driving 3 times. I'm sick of living this way. Guest guest
But you have a DR that will give you something for the pain. Mine wont. He says that fibro is related to chemicals in the brain so it is not real pain. Hell it sure feels like real pain to me!! kat
