Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for posting your food. will respond but I just wanted to share a couple things about my own experience. It sounds like you are doing Atkins or South Beach with foods that you can get on the run or fix quickly? I can tell you are trying to pick the better choices at fast food places. I began to feel so much better when I started eating home-cooked food. I discovered that the chemicals and artificial sweetners and bad fats were making me feel stressed out and emotionally over-the-top. Everyone needs convenient food so I use my crockpot a lot. I make stews with chicken or beef and tons of vegetables. Sometimes I throw in beans. When the stew is done, I ladle it into individual glass containers and keep in the fridge. After that I can either microwave it at work, or heat it in the morning and put it in a thermos. Today I'm trying the thermos for the first time. poaches several chicken breasts at one time and keeps in the fridge. From there you can shred or chunk it and add to a salad. She also makes yogurt dressings in batches. The whole thing is very easy to assemble. I'm going to try it. Just a couple ideas to think about, Yahoo! Messenger with Voice. PC-to-Phone calls for ridiculously low rates.
