Guest guest
Dear Veena, I too suffer from hypoglycemia. I used to get very bad attacks, and the onset of them would be very sudden. My doctor told me that worst thing I could do was eat pure sugar. I am on a hypoglycemia controlled diet. Which basically consists of small meals and snacks throughout the day, a lot of protein; like fish and stuff, and limited carbohydrates. Carbos, just like table sugar break down into " bad " sugar. Although your body requires it to maintain; it needs to be used in moderation. I will look for the specifics I have written down from my doctor and I will e-mail them to you; and then you can share them with your doctor to see what he/she has to say. I am doing much better with this diet, and haven't gotten any attacks in over 4 months(since I started). I hope this will help. love,

Guest guest
I am also wondering about this as I have bouts of symtoms like these but have never been tested ect. What would a typical daily diet be for you? Could you e mail me what you eat in a day and the cheats too if there are any and what it does if you do cheat? Thanks Lorraine > sugar. Guest guest
I would also be interested. I have a terrible sweet tooth and I know I could improve my diet.
