Guest guest
Dear , You said: <<I`ve been on 5mg for about 2 months now, from 10 mg.its just when i try and come off it,i start to feel Weird and can`t sleep. If so, this is because you can't drop that much. you have to ease it down. Try dropping a half of a milligram (0.5). Expect some effects at first (difficulty sleeping, perhaps a racing brain, maybe some anxiety and confusion). This will settle down in a few days to a more bearable level. Whatsupplements are you taking and in what amount?
